This is a big ol' text dump of tips, advice, and things I've learnt for successful adopt-making. I may like to do a proper guide in future but this will do for now.
Maybe you'll see some of these points and think, tessa, you are SO guilty of not living by that one!!........I know. But these are the standards I believe I should be aiming for. (Plus, by writing these it's helping me to remember the habits I should fix- so I can do a bit of spring (fall) cleaning on them )
Nothing I say here is set in stone of course but generally what I've noticed and learned myself in my 4+ years of selling adopts & being in the community.
